A New Approach to Identifying Target Audiences

A principal component of WorkSpace that makes it very different to the many ChatGPT driven tools out there, is the ability to create audiences using ‘real’ data. Clients will be able to identify and target audiences leveraging over 100,000 ready-made profiles using Roy Morgan Single Source, by uploading their own 1st party data or by using Helix Personas. “We believe the ability to load 1st party data is a game-changer as WorkSpace unlocks the value of your own customer data in a truly unique and powerful way,” Howard Seccombe says.

Proof of Performance

WorkSpace’s effectiveness has already been demonstrated. In a recent A/B test, Roy Morgan’s Copy Engine outperformed a traditional creative agency’s Facebook ad, with 75% of the audience preferring the ad created by WorkSpace. Another test showed the platform’s email campaigns achieving 1.4 times higher open rates and 2.4 times greater click-through rates than those written by an agency.

Margin of Error
