ROY MORGAN RESEARCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIZE ELIGIBILITY

Malthouse Theatre Donor Survey 2020

HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate in this promotion, respondents are required to complete a Malthouse Theatre survey about your Malthouse Muse Experience (“The survey”).

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 14 and over who have completed the Malthouse Theatre Donor Survey. (“Eligible Respondents”)  Employees and their immediate families of Roy Morgan cannot participate in “The survey” and are thus ineligible for prizes.
3. An Eligible Respondent will receive one (1) entry for completing the survey.
4. Roy Morgan reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.  Respondents who attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that respondent’s entries.
5. All entries must be received by the stated closing date for that survey.  No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected entries.
6. During the promotional period there will be one (1) x Prize Draw.  Entries received during this period will go into the Prize Draw.
7. Prize Draw: the first valid entry drawn will receive
   a)  a case of Scotchmans Hill Shiraz, for Eligible Respondents aged 18 years or older.b)  an eGift card for the value of $100, for Eligible Respondents aged 14 to 17 years.
   The winner will be able to redeem their eGift Card at a number of stores, including Coles, Myer, Target, JB Hi-Fi, Kmart and Domino’s.
8. Promotion for the Prize Draw commences November 24, 2020.  Closes 11:59PM AEDT December 13, 2020.  Draw will be conducted on December 14, 2020, at 12:00pm at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
9. No one individual prize will be valued at over $1,000 and the total prize pool for the promotion will not exceed $100,000.
10. Prize delivery:
    a)    The case of Scotchmans Hill wine will be delivered to the winner by Registered Mail. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prize has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.b)    The eGift card for the value of $100 will be given in consultation with the winner’s parent or guardian.
11. The winner will to be notified by phone, mail or email and published on the Roy Morgan website: www.roymorgan.com/prizedraw.
12. In the event of there being an unclaimed prize an unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on March 1, 2021 at 10:00 am at the premises of Roy Morgan, Tonic House, 386 Flinders Lane, Melbourne Victoria 3000.
13. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw (if applicable) will be published on the Roy Morgan website: www.roymorgan.com/prizedraw.
14. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct “The survey”.  If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in “The survey”.  However, entrants’ personal information will NOT be disclosed to any party other than the Promoter for any future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
